1. No Return Policy

Retro Fashion does not accept returns for delivered products.

All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed and confirmed. Returns will not be accepted for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Incorrect size or preference
  • Colour or design preference
  • Product no longer being required
  • Minor colour differences caused by screen or display settings

We recommend carefully reviewing all product details, images, specifications, and applicable size information before placing an order.

2. No Exchange Policy

Retro Fashion currently does not offer product exchanges.

Products cannot be exchanged for another:

  • Size
  • Colour
  • Design
  • Model
  • Product

Please ensure that you select the correct product and review all available details before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for us to review such claims.

The unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded continuously from before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed package and its condition
  • Show the complete opening process without cuts or edits
  • Clearly show the product received
  • Clearly show the reported damage, defect, or incorrect item

Additional photos or order details may also be requested.

Claims without a clear and complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

4. Claim Review

All product-issue claims are subject to verification by Retro Fashion.

After reviewing the available evidence, we will assess the reported issue and communicate the available resolution, if any.

A claim does not automatically guarantee a return, exchange, replacement, refund, or other compensation.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send any product back without prior authorization or instructions from Retro Fashion.

Any product returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.

6. Return Shipping

If Retro Fashion authorizes a return in an exceptional case, the return process and shipping instructions will be communicated directly to the customer.

Where applicable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Important Notice

By placing an order with Retro Fashion, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return & Exchange Policy and agree to the store’s no-return and no-exchange policy, subject to the review of genuine damaged, defective, or incorrect-product claims.
